Please be careful the venue is University of Shizuoka (Shizuoka Kenritsu Daigaku), NOT Shizuoka University(Shizuoka Daigaku).
The closest station for the venue is KUSANAGI  station.
If you take taxi, please get off at JR Kusanagi station by the train.
Taxi fee is about 690 Japanese yen.

In this conference, we collect your power point slides in the break time before your session.
Please bring your USB memory

We accept ONLY cash of Japanese yen.
You cannot pay by all credit cards.
Near the venue,there is not bank.
If you cannot pay by Japanese yen, you CANNOT JOIN this conference.

• CONFERENCE THEME

　"Green Region" means a region which maintains ecological balance within itself. "No net loss" of important habitats is obviously indispensable for a "Green Region." EIA can be a tool to maintain or restore "Green Regions" for sustainable development. We welcome all innovative and incentive presentations that have relevant topics on EIA, SEA, environmental conservation, creation, restoration, and evaluation.
　The AIC has been held for international relationships among many practitioners, researchers, students, and other audiences from a variety of countries in Asia since 2003.

• ABOUT SHIZUOKA

 Shizuoka Prefecture is located along the Pacific coast in the south of the middle region of Japan.
Mount Fuji and the Izu Peninsula are parts of Shizuoka Prefecture. Shizuoka city is the capital of the prefecture and famous for the first shogun Ieyasu Tokugawa of the Edo period, green tea, oranges, and plastic model kit products. It offers the best landscape of Mount Fuji from Nihondaira.

For all presenters in AIC2018, the procedure takes place in three phases.

2. Fill up all information in “REGISTRATION FORM” on the website by May 25th

3. Submit both an Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word document form of your one page abstract for the AIC2018 proceedings via email at: AIC2018inShizuoka@gmail.com
